Held in the powerful landscape of Cottonwood, Arizona, this retreat is designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and begin releasing the subconscious patterns, emotional conditioning, and outdated identities that may be limiting what you are able to receive, create, and sustain.
Using the Noir Frequency's signature Reflective Reprogramming™ approach, you will explore the connection between your thoughts, nervous system, self-image, beliefs, and behaviors. Through guided coaching, reflective practices, nervous system regulation, embodiment work, intentional movement, and meaningful conversation.

Because retreats are intimate and spaces are extremely limited, cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 90 days or less before the retreat non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of reason. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering the trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and emergency evacuation.
