We work to describe our offerings accurately. Product photographs, colors, dimensions, packaging, and contents may vary slightly from what appears on a screen or in a photograph. Each product page will identify what is included in that purchase. A retreat, coaching package, or event includes only the items expressly listed in its description or written agreement.

We may correct an error in a listing or price. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and offer you the choice to accept the corrected terms or cancel for a refund.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other required charges will be shown before you complete checkout. Prices may change, but a later price change will not alter an order we have already accepted.

Payment is due at checkout unless a payment plan is expressly offered. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed by our payment providers under their applicable terms. We do not guarantee that a payment method will always be available.

For a payment plan, the total price, installment amounts, payment dates, and any applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed before enrollment. A payment plan divides the purchase price into installments; it does not make the purchase a recurring subscription unless we clearly say so at checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. If an item is unavailable, we cannot fulfill an order, or we must cancel it for another reason, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled portion.

Preorder and made-to-order items will be identified as such, along with their estimated fulfillment timing. Estimates may change; if we cannot ship within the applicable promised period, we will offer the options required by law, including the option to cancel and receive a refund.

This section applies to journals, clothing, boxes, cards, and other goods that must be shipped.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Available shipping methods, charges, and any stated delivery estimates will be shown at checkout or on the applicable product page. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, or within the time required by applicable law when no shipping time is stated, we will notify you and give you the choice to accept a delay or cancel for a refund. If a package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us at info@thenoirfrequency.com so we can investigate and address the issue.

For international orders, the product page or checkout will state whether we ship to your destination and whether you are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

Our return period for eligible physical products is [5] days after delivery. To request a return, email info@thenoirfrequency.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions.

To qualify for a discretionary return, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any required packaging or components. The following items final sale , and customized orders are not eligible for a change-of-mind return when that restriction was disclosed before purchase.

Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns. If we sent the wrong item or an item arrived damaged or defective, contact us at info@thenoirfrequency.com; we will address the problem at no additional cost to you as required by law.

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue any approved refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable law.

Digital products may include PDFs, journals, guides, recordings, courses, and other downloadable or streamed materials. The product page will describe how and when access is provided and identify any material technical requirements.

Because access can be provided immediately of digital materials, all sales of the 3-Day Reset< Quantum Shift Portal or any other download are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once your purchase has been completed.
If you experience technical issues accessing your program, please contact us and we'll ensure you receive everything you've purchased.. If a file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact info@thenoirfrequency.com so we can correct the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.

Purchasing a digital product gives you a personal, nonexclusive license to use it for its stated purpose. Unless we give written permission, you may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share the files or access credentials. You retain any rights the law gives you despite this provision.

The description or written agreement for each coaching service, workshop, or program will state its format, included sessions or materials, schedule, price, and any offering-specific rules.

To cancel or reschedule a booked session, contact info@thenoirfrequency.com at least 24 hours before the appointment. No refund will be given for missed or late cancellations. If The Noir Frequency must cancel a session, we will offer a reasonable rescheduling option or refund the undelivered session.

Refund eligibility for a coaching package or program ; you may cancel a coaching package or program and request a full refund within five calendar days of purchase if your first session has not yet begun and you have not accessed any included digital materials. If services begin during that five-day period, you may still cancel within five calendar days of purchase; we will refund the portion paid for sessions and services you have not received. Sessions already held and digital materials already accessed are nonrefundable. After five calendar days, payments are nonrefundable, except where required by law or where the applicable offering expressly provides otherwise. Coaching and educational offerings provide support, reflection, and practical tools. They are not medical care, mental health treatment, or individualized legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not promise a particular personal, health, business, or financial outcome.

Each retreat or event listing will specify its dates, location, included activities, price, payment schedule, and what participants must arrange or pay for separately, such as travel, lodging, meals, or insurance.

At The Noir Frequency, our retreats are intentionally intimate, with attendance limited to ensure every guest receives a highly personalized experience. Your reservation secures one of a very limited number of spaces and allows us to make advance commitments for accommodations, meals, guides, venues, and other retreat experiences.

For this reason, all retreat registrations are subject to the following cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

• More than 90 days before the retreat start date: You may cancel your reservation and receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

• 90 days or less before the retreat start date: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

No exceptions will be made for illness, injury, travel delays, weather events, family emergencies, work obligations, changes in personal circumstances, or other unforeseen situations. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and emergency evacuation coverage.

If your reserved space is filled by another participant after your cancellation, The Noir Frequency is under no obligation to issue any refund beyond the policy stated above.

Participant Agreement & Program Disclaimer

The Noir Frequency Retreat is a personal development experience designed to support self-awareness, nervous system regulation, reflection, learning, and personal growth. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.

Participation is voluntary. You understand that workshops, group discussions, meditation, breathwork, visualization, journaling, movement, outdoor experiences, and other retreat activities may evoke emotional, mental, and physical responses. You accept full responsibility for choosing your level of participation and may decline any activity that does not feel appropriate for you.

You affirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in retreat activities. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, mobility limitations, dietary restrictions, medications, or other circumstances that could reasonably affect your participation or the safety of yourself or others.

You understand and agree that The Noir Frequency does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Nothing presented during the retreat should be interpreted as medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. If you require professional care, you agree to seek guidance from an appropriately licensed provider.

You acknowledge that no guarantees or promises have been made regarding any specific outcome, including but not limited to personal transformation, healing, emotional well-being, business growth, financial success, relationships, health improvements, or spiritual experiences. Individual results vary and depend upon many factors, including your own participation, commitment, decisions, and circumstances beyond the control of The Noir Frequency.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, lodging, transportation, outdoor activities, physical movement, and participation in retreat experiences. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless The Noir Frequency LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, facilitators, guest speakers, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

The Noir Frequency reserves the right to modify the itinerary, schedule, facilitators, activities, accommodations, or venue when reasonably necessary due to weather, safety concerns, force majeure, vendor availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

The Noir Frequency also reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation, without refund, if a participant engages in behavior that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, disruptive, unsafe, or materially interferes with the experience of other guests or staff.

By registering for a retreat, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Participant Agreement, and Program Disclaimer. You accept full responsibility for your participation and understand that meaningful transformation is ultimately created through your own willingness to engage with the experience.

If we cancel a retreat or event, we will refund the amounts paid to Noir Frequency for the canceled offering. If we materially change its date, location, or core activities, we will explain the change and the available options. We are not responsible for separate travel or lodging purchases made with third parties, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms of those purchases before booking them.

Participation may be subject to a separate, clearly presented retreat agreement, health questionnaire, or activity waiver. Any such document will be provided before it is required. A waiver does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

A membership or subscription will renew and result in recurring charges only when its checkout clearly discloses the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and how to cancel, and you expressly agree to those terms.

You may cancel future renewals through by contacting info@thenoirfrequency.com. Cancellation stops future charges after the current paid period, subject to the specific membership terms presented at signup and applicable law. We will not treat a one-time purchase or an installment plan as a subscription.

Promotions are subject to the dates and conditions stated with each offer and cannot be applied retroactively unless we say otherwise. If we offer gift cards, their terms will be provided at purchase and will comply with applicable law.

The Noir Frequency name, branding, text, images, videos, exercises, course materials, and other original content are owned by The Noir Frequency or used with permission. A purchase does not transfer ownership of that content. You may use purchased materials only as permitted by these Terms or by the applicable product description.

Our Privacy Policy at thenoirfrequency.com/privacypolicy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Information needed to process an order may be used to fulfill the purchase and send service-related messages.

Marketing emails are separate from order and service messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email or by contacting info@thenoirfequency.com. Purchasing a product does not, by itself, require you to subscribe to marketing.

We are responsible for providing the products and services described in your order, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Experiences and results from coaching, practices, retreats, and educational materials vary by person. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

To the extent permitted by law, The Noir Frequency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a purchase or participation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, unless you agree to a later change. We will post the current version and its effective date on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
